Edge Athlete Lounge, in the West Town area, asks people interested in working out without a mask to upload an image of their vaccine card online. At their next visit, they get a wristband notifying staff and other people working out that they passed a vaccination check, said co-owner Robyn LaLonde.
“Hate, racism or discrimination have no place in our society and are certainly not tolerated in any Amazon workplace — whether it be under construction like this one, or fully operational,” Kelly Nantel, Amazon’s director of national media relations, wrote. “Today, the site was shut down to allow the FBI to continue their investigation following the discovery of a noose found under electrical materials. In the U.S., Ford’s largest market, electric vehicles are only 1.2% of Ford’s sales through April. Ford currently offers only one all-electric vehicle, the Mustang Mach-E SUV, but by next spring it will have an all-electric F-150 pickup and a battery powered Transit big commercial van on the roads. The company said 70,000 customers have put down $100 deposits to reserve an electric F-150 in the week since it was unveiled. Ford’s F-Series pickup is the top-selling vehicle in the U.S.
