Built in 1928, the Cortopassis’ new house has been updated and has three full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, a living room with a marble surround fireplace, a family room with a wall of built-ins and two walls of windows, a back staircase, and a kitchen with newer marble countertops, a farm sink, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, shutters and a breakfast room. The house also has a primary bedroom with a walk-in closet and a wall of closets, a primary bathroom with a cathedral ceiling and dual vanities and a fully finished lower level with a recreation room, a large laundry room and a wine room.
