Police and paramedics were called to the 800 block of North Lake Shore Drive for a report of a shooting on the Near North Side about 11:30 p.m., according to a police media notification. A 22-year-old man had suffered multiple graze wounds to the head and was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in fair condition, police said.
