The “bandaged bandit” is alleged to have robbed the TCF Bank at 1870 S. Arlington Heights Road in Arlington Heights on April 7, the TCF Bank at 9449 Skokie Blvd. in Skokie on April 30, the 7-11 convenience store at 1425 W. Montrose Ave. in Chicago on April 28, and the 7-11 convenience store at 2010 N. Damen Ave. in Chicago on May 2, according to the FBI.
