Cubs shortstop Javier Baez walks to the dugout in the bottom of the fourth inning against the Indians on Monday at Wrigley Field. Baez should have run back to first base on an Anthony Rizzo flyout but appeared to have lost track of the number of outs and was doubled up, ending the inning.
