The tier is known as the “old man’s deck” among jail detainees. Many people held there are in their late 50s or older, according to the men Injustice Watch spoke with, a population at higher risk of suffering severe health complications or death from Covid-19. Their age group also may shed the virus for longer periods, said epidemiologist Monik Jiménez, who researches Covid-19 in jails and prisons. Viral shedding occurs when someone releases virus particles into an environment, whether through symptoms such as coughing or by talking, eating, or exhaling.

The therapeutic, made by AstraZeneca, is a monoclonal antibody treatment called Evusheld that is given to patients as a prophylaxis, unlike other similar treatments that infuse people with antibodies after they are diagnosed with COVID. Evusheld is not a treatment for COVID-19, and is not approved for patients diagnosed with the virus. But people such as Linna, who have previously recovered, have been prescribed it.

But several key elements make SoFi an unlikely model for the Bears to follow. First, it’s home to two NFL teams, the Rams and the Chargers, as well as NFL Media, which increases its usage and revenue. She was released from parole in 2020, authorities said. Weeden also had convictions for forgery and aggravated battery to a police officer.
