People commute through the World Trade Center, Friday, July 9, 2021, in New York. Businesses that have announced vaccine mandates say some workers who had been on the fence have since gotten inoculated against COVID-19. People ages 18 to 64 who work in settings where they may be more exposed to COVID-19, such as hospitals, schools and grocery stores, may also get boosters “based on their individual benefits and risks.”
