Three men have been shot Thursday afternoon near Chicago Police Department headquarters on the city’s South Side.
The shootings happened about 3:30 p.m. at 35th Street and Prairie Avenue, said Chicago Fire Department spokesperson Larry Merritt.

Two of the three were taken to the UChicago Medicine while the third was taken to Insight Hospital & Medical Center, Merrit said. All were in good condition.
CPD headquarters is located at 3510 S. Michigan Ave.

Earlier Thursday, two men were shot nearby during an apparently unrealted attack.
The earlier shooting happened at 12:08 a.m. in the 3500 block of South Indiana Avenue when an assailant fired multiple rounds from a vehicle, hitting two male victims in their legs.
