A 28-year-old man was stabbed Saturday morning during a fight with another person on a CTA platform in the South Loop neighborhood, Chicago police said.
Slightly before 12:30 a.m., the victim got into a fight on a CTA platform in the first block of East Roosevelt Road. The person he was fighting pulled out a sharp object and swung it, striking the victim’s arm, police said.
Police quickly caught that person and placed him into custody.
The victim was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital and listed in fair condition, police said.
Charges were pending.
