In Lake Forest, DeLeone paid $1.13 million for the nine-room house, which was built in 1910 and rehabbed down to the studs in 2014. The house has five full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, four en-suite bedrooms on the second floor with custom built-ins and a primary bedroom suite with a walk-in closet and a marble bathroom with a double vanity. Other features include a white kitchen with marble countertops, a first-floor laundry room and a mud room.
