Most managers, including the Chicago White Sox’s Tony La Russa and Milwaukee Brewers’ Craig Counsell, continue to rely on Zoom to communicate with reporters at the expense of regular on-field interviews, with the obvious exception of in-game interviews on national telecasts. La Russa conducted one on-field interview with Sox beat writers recently in Houston, but he also Zoomed for the rest of the media not in Houston.
