The information users will see on Yelp’s platform varies depending on how the health department in each municipality grades restaurants and publishes its findings. In Chicago, restaurants receive either a “pass,” “fail,” or “pass with conditions” grade. In jurisdictions that do not publish a score, Hazel Analytics estimates one based on a 100-point scoring system. After clicking on the restaurant’s rating, Yelp users can also view a restaurant’s past and current health code violations, if that data is published by a municipality.

“Anytime people are mad about something the (Red Sox do), maybe not signing a certain player, there will be people saying, ‘Oh, they care more about the soccer team or the other teams they’re trying to buy,’ but I think it’s a minority,” he said. “I don’t think it’s really a big deal unless people are looking for something to complain about.”
Founded in 1931, family-owned Napleton has grown into one of the largest Illinois-based auto groups, with 51 dealerships in eight states: Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Missouri, Minnesota, Florida, Georgia and Pennsylvania. The complaint names eight dealerships as defendants, including Ed Napleton Elmhurst Imports and Napleton’s Arlington Heights Motors.

Built in 1987, Otunga’s new house has 5-1/2 bathrooms, two fireplaces, a two-story foyer with a marble floor, a kitchen with two Sub-Zero refrigerators and granite countertops, hardwood floors, a primary bedroom suite with a fireplace and an office, and a finished basement that has a rec room and a wet bar with appliances and cherry cabinets. Otunga purchased the home in January.
