The information users will see on Yelp’s platform varies depending on how the health department in each municipality grades restaurants and publishes its findings. In Chicago, restaurants receive either a “pass,” “fail,” or “pass with conditions” grade. In jurisdictions that do not publish a score, Hazel Analytics estimates one based on a 100-point scoring system. After clicking on the restaurant’s rating, Yelp users can also view a restaurant’s past and current health code violations, if that data is published by a municipality.

That is in contrast, he said, to Churchill Downs Inc., which closed Arlington after announcing a preliminary deal to sell the site to the Chicago Bears for a potential new football stadium.
“Anytime people are mad about something the (Red Sox do), maybe not signing a certain player, there will be people saying, ‘Oh, they care more about the soccer team or the other teams they’re trying to buy,’ but I think it’s a minority,” he said. “I don’t think it’s really a big deal unless people are looking for something to complain about.”
Founded in 1931, family-owned Napleton has grown into one of the largest Illinois-based auto groups, with 51 dealerships in eight states: Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Missouri, Minnesota, Florida, Georgia and Pennsylvania. The complaint names eight dealerships as defendants, including Ed Napleton Elmhurst Imports and Napleton’s Arlington Heights Motors.
His business started as an auto glass shop. He expanded it to include replacing other glass, like windows and mirrors, Hollister said. The business became known as a place where owners of classic cars could get windows replaced, he said. Herb’s also replaced windows on historic homes, he said.

Built in 1987, Otunga’s new house has 5-1/2 bathrooms, two fireplaces, a two-story foyer with a marble floor, a kitchen with two Sub-Zero refrigerators and granite countertops, hardwood floors, a primary bedroom suite with a fireplace and an office, and a finished basement that has a rec room and a wet bar with appliances and cherry cabinets. Otunga purchased the home in January.
