Prizes will include 50 gifts of $500 and five gifts of $5,000 for family reunions; 100 weeklong cruises for two on Norwegian Cruise Line; five trips for two to Bermuda; a trip for two to the Super Bowl; and 500 gift cards worth $100 each for couples to go on dates, among other rewards. People ages 18 and older who get vaccinated by CVS during the six-week-long sweepstakes, who register to get vaccinated at CVS, or who have already been vaccinated by CVS are eligible to enter.
