Burbank police are investigating the shooting deaths of a man and woman found Thursday evening in a restaurant.
Police said they were called at 6:38 p.m. to a report of a person shot at Frank’s Chicago Shrimp House, 6539 W. 79th St.
Police tried to render aid to a woman, found on the floor of the restaurant with apparent gunshot wounds, but she was pronounced dead at the scene, according to a statement.
A man, who had also been shot, was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
Police said they believe the shootings were an isolated incident.
