Jahn, 81, was riding his bicycle northeast on Old Lafox Road, approaching a T-shaped intersection with Burlington Road, about 3:30 p.m. Saturday and “failed to stop at the posted stop sign,” Campton Hills police said in a news release. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
