Sailor Leslie P. Delles, 21, of St. Charles. The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency announced that the remains of Navy Electrician’s Mate 3rd Class Delles, who was killed in the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor that triggered the U.S. entry into World War II, were identified on Feb. 12, 2021.
