2 women, one 88 and the other 49, killed when motorist disregards red light, hits pedestrians in West Rogers Park

One of the women was 49 and the other was 88 years old, according to preliminary information from the Cook County medical examiner’s office. Neither had been identified as of Sunday morning. One of the women was pronounced dead at the scene and the other was taken to Amita St. Francis Hospital in Evanston in grave condition, but later died from her injuries, police said.
