Jacqueline Creekmore, 44, of the 7400 block of South Eggleston Avenue, was arrested in the same block in which she lived, about 10 a.m. Monday, police said. Creekmore “was identified as the individual who fatally shot” a 43-year-old man about 5.5 hours earlier, in the 6500 block of South Perry Avenue in Englewood, police said in a news release.
