In Glenview, Erin Ivory paid $990,000 in 2013 for the house. Built in 2008, the house has 4-1/2 bathrooms, high ceilings, a first-floor office, a kitchen with an oversized island, a first-floor primary bedroom, a second-floor laundry room and a fully finished lower level. Outside on the property are an in-ground heated pool and spa, and a tumbled rock waterfall.

The couple listed the house in January for $1.19 million and sold it on March 14.
