In Hinsdale, Bradley paid $1.38 million in mid-2010 to buy the three-story, 12-room house from its builder, Oakley Home Builders. The house has 5-1/2 bathrooms, two fireplaces, a dining rom with a tray ceiling, refinished hardwood floors, new lighting, new countertops, new paint and new carpeting. Outside, the 0.2-acre property has a patio and an outdoor fireplace.
Bradley did not respond to a request for comment. His listing agent, Julie Sutton, declined to comment.

According to the Cook County Treasurer’s office, the house had a $4,999 property tax bill in the 2020 tax year.
