Longstreet appeared before Judge David Navarro on Monday afternoon for a bond hearing. At the hearing, a prosecutor said Longstreet threw water at the woman, punched her and threw her to ground before retrieving a gun, pointing it at her and threatening to kill her. He then fired multiple shots into the group, with a bullet piercing the woman’s liver and lodging under her heart, the prosecutor said.
