WBBM-Channel 2 news anchor Irika Sargent and her husband, Dorian Orr, placed their four-bedroom, greystone-style house in Lincoln Park on the market Monday for $1.5 million.

An attorney, Sargent, 41, has been with CBS 2 since 2015, when she joined the station from the CBS affiliate in Miami. Sargent currently anchors the weekday evening newscasts on Channel 2 at 5, 6 and 10 p.m. with Joe Donlon.

In Lincoln Park, Sargent’s husband paid $1.21 million for the house in April 2019, and the couple then wed six months later. Built in 1994 and recently updated, the house has 3½ bathrooms, two fireplaces, a 27-foot-wide interior, a two-story family room with a fireplace and a kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, an island and a walk-in pantry. Upstairs are a second-floor laundry, a staircase to the roof and a primary bedroom suite with two sinks, two walk-in closets and a Juliet balcony.

The house also has an attached, 2½-car garage with a built-in storage unit.

Sargent did not respond to a request for comment. Listing agent Maureen Burns declined to comment on the listing.

The house had a $22,237 property tax bill in the 2020 tax year.
