Watch live: Officials speak after alleged Highland Park shooter appears in court

The alleged shooter in the Highland Park July 4th parade attack is appearing in court at 10 a.m. today. Lake County State’s Attorney Eric Rinehart and Task Force Public Information Officer Christopher Covelli will address the media outside of the Lake County Criminal Court Tower in Waukegan to discuss the criminal charges and court hearing.
