“Each job is different and I don’t ever think you want to stay the same,” Thibodeau said. “So you learned from each situation. But the things that go into winning, I think that stays the same. Maybe how you deliver that message might change. And as time goes on, you’re getting older and the players are getting younger. So you have to make sure there’s a connection there. So I think that’s important.”
