Teen used photos of ex-girlfriend to lure victim to deadly 2020 Park Manor robbery, prosecutors say

During a bail hearing broadcast Sunday on YouTube, authorities said Keon Rodgers, who faces a first-degree murder charge, set up an online profile using the photos of the mother of his 9-month-old child and used the profile to bait the victim to come to the 6900 block of South Michigan Avenue for a sexual encounter.
