Suspect armed with knives charged with felonies after holding 80-year-old Lincolnwood woman hostage in home invasion, barricade situation

James H. Davis III, 32, whose last known address was in the 700 block of North Dearborn Ave., Chicago, was charged with home invasion with a dangerous weapon, a Class X felony; aggravated kidnaping while armed with a dangerous weapon, a Class X felony, and two counts of aggravated assault against a peace officer, a Class 4 felony.
