The four-level, 3,405-square-foot town home in the South Loop that former Mayor Richard M. Daley and his late wife, Maggie, owned from 1993 until 2012 was sold on Friday by the couple’s daughter, Nora, and her husband, Sean Conroy, for $1.17 million.
