“The victim and the unidentified male who was yelling inside the train … both exited onto the CTA Belmont platform,” the police statement said. As the 27-year-old tried to pass the other man, the 27-year-old, “raised his hands” and the other man pulled out a knife and stabbed the man in the hand, police said.
