The large 3-alarm fire, first reported before 4 a.m. , was still burning as of 7:40 a.m., a spokesman for the Chicago Fire Department said. The blaze required about 150 firefighters and 50 firefighting vehicles, which were called to the 4300 block of North Richmond Street in Albany Park, he said.
