Bobby Heard, 37, and another man went into a business in the 1600 block of Ravine Lane about 7:30 p.m. Sept. 7, 2016, armed with guns, prosecutors said. They restrained the computer store’s owner and an employee, took cash and electronics equipment, and then fled, according to reports.
