Even though in-person visits are back, Santa’s also still taking video calls. Some families may prefer the virtual options, either because visits can feel more personal or they can include grandparents or other relatives who don’t live nearby, said Walt Geer, CEO of Zuhoo, which began offering virtual Santa visits last year under the name JingleRing through a partnership with some local malls.
