“We’ll play it day by day,” King said. “There’s a lot of uncertainty, right? You have trade deadline coming up, you have a bunch of stuff happening. We’re not going to veer off what we’ve planned on doing earlier, which is making sure he’s right and ready to go. They’ve done a good job of that, keeping him down there, letting him play and getting his reps and minutes.”
