In the Chicago area, the highest current asking price is the $30 million listing price for the 89th-floor penthouse in the Trump International Hotel & Tower. Until recently, Richard Parrillo’s six-bedroom, 25,000-square-foot Lincoln Park mansion, which once was listed for $50 million, was on the market for $45 million, although no showings were being allowed. However, the Parrillo mansion officially came off the market on Oct. 27.
