The prosecutor said Storm, 20, and the woman, 20, had previously dated, and met Tuesday night in a Palatine parking lot to talk. After about 30 minutes, the woman began to leave and Storm came up behind her and pinned her against a car and tried to kiss her, Ferrara said.
