Salesforce Tower is being developed by Hines, which has a history of creating trophy office towers in Chicago, and the Kennedy family, which has owned the Wolf Point land for several decades. Other investors are Chicago entrepreneur Larry Levy and the AFL-CIO Building Investment Trust, which is advised by PNC Realty Investors.
