In Evanston, the Fardons paid $1.634 million in 2007 for the 5,900-square-foot stucco house. Built in 1910 and designed by architect Dwight H. Perkins, the mansion has 4-1/2 bathrooms, two fireplaces, a sweeping staircase, leaded glass casement windows, and a primary bedroom suite with a new marble bathroom and a custom-built office.
