Rahal took a loss on the Lincoln Park mansion, which he purchased for $3.9875 million in 2014. Built in 2007, the mansion has seven bathrooms, five fireplaces, four wet bars and a kitchen with a Wolf range, a copper hood, side-by-side Sub-Zero refrigerators, four freezer drawers, two dishwashers and a butler’s pantry. Other features include crown moldings, cove ceilings, custom built-ins, a sound system with Crestron wiring, a primary bedroom suite with a brand new Christopher Peacock bathroom, a five-stop elevator and an attached and heated three-car garage.
