In the Southport Corridor, Sharp paid $2.95 million in 2012 to buy the mansion from its builder, who had constructed it in 2009. Situated on an oversized corner lot, the mansion has six bathrooms, a center entry, a foyer with a dramatic curved center staircase topped by a circular skylight, and a three-zone kitchen with a breakfast bar, a Miele espresso maker and a large walk-in pantry. Other features include a family room that opens to two decks and a secure backyard, and a third-floor great room that also opens to two large decks, one of which has an outdoor kitchen.
