According to the nine-page complaint, a Chicago police helicopter responding to a call of a reckless driver at about 1:45 p.m. Thursday followed Evans’ gray Infiniti as it exited the Eisenhower Expressway and weaved around traffic, eventually crashing at the intersection of Harrison Street and Independence Boulevard.
