Unlike those other properties, however, Wilson envisions the Wicker Park mansion for personal use. Under plans that his architect, Brian Foote of Woodhouse Tinucci Architects, submitted both to the Wicker Park Committee and to the Commission on Chicago Landmarks, Wilson is proposing the addition of 2,100-square-foot of space to the mansion in the form of two separate additions. One of the additions would be to the north and a separate connector addition would link the mansion to an existing coach house. The additions would include two new bedrooms, two new offices, a new primary bedroom suite, an art room, a home gym and two additional garage spaces.
