“Green Bay has been dominant for a long, long time,” Dungy said. “But they’ve also had 35 years of elite quarterback play, which they might not have next year. So to me, if I’m looking at this from the outside, I’m saying, ‘Hey, (the Bears) probably have the best young quarterback in the division. And the two standout quarterbacks — Rodgers and (the Vikings’ Kirk) Cousins — who knows how much longer they’re going to be there?’ You say, ‘Three years from now, we could have the best quarterback in the division by a long shot.’ Of course that’s attractive.”
