Upon their arrival, officers interviewed the victim and began an investigation, Berlin’s office said. Through the course of their investigation, officers learned that at approximately 11:20 a.m., Ramsey forced the victim at gunpoint into a vacant room, where he sexually assaulted her on several occasions, put the gun to her head and threatened to kill her, Berlin’s office said.
