Monday’s 121-106 loss to the Philadelphia 76ers was the Bulls’ fifth straight defeat, their longest skid of the season, and left them only a half-game ahead of the fifth-place Boston Celtics in the conference standings. And they still haven’t proved they can beat any of their top competition, going 0-9 against the top three teams in the East: the Miami Heat, the 76ers and the Milwaukee Bucks.
