“Unfortunately, many health care and long-term care personnel remain unvaccinated,” the health care organizations said in their statement. “As we move toward full FDA approval of the currently available vaccines, all health care workers should get vaccinated for their own health, and to protect their colleagues, families, residents of long-term care facilities and patients. This is especially necessary to protect those who are vulnerable, including unvaccinated children and the immunocompromised.”

More recently, that growth has slowed, with frozen pizza sales down 9.5% during the three months ending July 3 compared with the same period last year. He relisted it several years ago for $2.195 million and then increased his asking price to $2.45 million in July 2020. Now based in Florida, Mitchell then reduced his asking price in March to just under $2 million, and he found a buyer five days later.

In Illinois, a proposed law would require lab testing and labeling for any product containing CBD, delta-8-THC or other cannabinoids, which are components of cannabis that affect the human body. The CBD Safety Act would have the state Department of Agriculture set the rules for testing, and would let police and regulators inspect any business that handles cannabinoids. Violators would be subject to criminal fines.
