A shooting during a funeral procession in Oak Park left four people injured Saturday afternoon, Oak Park police said.
Officers responded to the shooting on the 900 block of Madison Street where a funeral procession was taking place, police said. Preliminary information found that four people were shot.
The shooting is believed to be targeted “amongst members of the procession without any impact to any bystanders,” police said.
More information will be released as the investigation continues, police said.
Madison Street was closed in both directions.
