Waukegan School District 60 identified her as Niolis Collazo, 23, in an email the district sent out Monday, and she was a 2018 graduate of Waukegan High School.
She was shot at 10:36 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of 10th Street and Lewis Avenue, police said.
