Police said Colon shot at the other vehicle, but its driver was not struck by gunfire.

Authorities identified the man with Colon as Joseph W. Crisara III, 35. He was taken into custody five days after the shooting at his residence in the 300 block of Tulip Lane, police said.
During the arrest, police say they discovered a large cache of narcotics in Crisara’s possession, and he was charged with felony drug charges in addition to obstructing justice and aiding a fugitive.
An arrest warrant was issued for Colon in late April.
In addition to attempted murder, he is charged with being an armed habitual criminal, unlawful possession of a weapon and aggravated discharge of a firearm, police said.
