“This remains an active homicide investigation by the Round Lake Beach Police Department, therefore further details cannot be released at this time,” police said.

The department said there is no further risk to the public.

Authorities have not yet released the identities, any other information about the three people or how they might have died. The Lake County Coroner’s Office did not immediately respond to a request for information.

East Camden Lane is part of a large residential neighborhood northwest of the intersection of Illinois Route 83 and Rollins Road.
