The suspects are Trevon D. Morris, 21, of the 400 block of Stella Avenue, Elgin, and Kahleel L. Steele, 22, of the first block of Austin Avenue, Carpentersville. A third man, Manny L. Pittenturf, 23, of the 300 block of Tee Lane, Carpentersville, was also charged in connection with the crash.
