1KFulton, home to Google’s Midwest headquarters, selling for $357 million in second-biggest Fulton Market deal

Google’s decision to move its Chicago offices from River North in late 2015 and create an expanded Midwest operation there is seen as one of the biggest factors in property values that soared in the years to follow. Google now leases about 386,000 square feet in the building and about 500,000 square feet total in Fulton Market. The company has more than 1,300 employees in Chicago.
